We are looking for a CMO who wants to be part of the exciting journey together with StickerApp. You will take a central part of the company's management team and create the best possible strategic plan and ensure the tactical competence to reach set revenue targets, both short and long-term. The role is an 18 months interim position with further possibilities within the company for the right person. It is an opportunity to influence StickerApp's operations and continued development.

What do we do at StickerApp? We make STICKERS! We are a global leader in the custom sticker and digital printing sphere, with markets across Europe, the US, and Japan. Through our platforms, customers can make their own custom stickers on all kinds of fun and shiny paper materials. Customers upload their designs, then we print them and ship them off! 

Since 2006 we have been building a seriously fun and innovative community for artists, designers, small business owners, and for people who just love fun stickers. About the role

In the role as CMO, you will take on a key position in the company with responsibility of ensuring quality brand-building and result-driving activities. You will lead a dedicated marketing team of 14 people working within e.g. traffic acquisition, campaign management, social media and customer retention. You will be responsible for continuously developing short- and long-term strategies and ensuring execution based on data and analysis. You work to optimize traffic on all markets and ensure brand awareness through your team and external agencies. Being a passionate leader is important and we are looking for someone who will continue to develop the team's skills, be enthusiastic, positive, and active.

You report to the CEO and work cross-functionally with other departments to constantly develop the organisation, routines and processes. You will also be responsible for and work with;

• Strategic planning and budgeting
• Implement improvements of customer journey and user experience based on data driven analysis
• Develop good relationships towards third-party suppliers and partners, negotiate agreements and act demander towards external agencies
• Be responsible for further development of the platform, site, implementation and management of systems and tools
• International growth and market expansion 
• Develop, implement and follow up KPIs

Your background

To succeed in the role, you have solid experience in e-commerce, preferably B2C with international growth. You are an innovative and business-oriented digital marketer being result oriented, a driven analyst and dedicated leader with a track record of successfully building and leading teams. As a person, you thrive in the balance between detail and holistic perspectives and we would like to see that you also meet the qualifications below;

• Proven track record of brand, performance and social marketing
• Experience with working towards traffic and sales targets
• Good understanding of CRM and Marketing Automation
• Follow up and reporting of ROI, ROAS, CoS and CLV
• Good familiarity with various analysis and testing tools
• Experience of international growth is strongly meritorious
• Experience of being part of the management team
• Fluent in english, written and speech

Location and start

The position is located at our office in Lomma with flexibility to work from home. We are flexible according to agreement regarding start. This role is an 18 months interim position, for the right person there will be further possibilities within the company.
